I have had an amazing experience in Chile. The country is absolutely beautiful. There are so many places to visit, and no matter where you go, there is always something exciting to see or do. I had the chance to visit the island of Chiloé and Puerto Mont to the south, La Serena to the north, Argentina, and Uruguay. Traveling was really fun, and Viña del Mar was definitely a great place to live because it's small, so everything is conveniently close, and the beach was always a fun activity. I have had so much fun with my Chilean family, and living with them has really helped my Spanish improve. The international department also had a huge part in helping my Spanish improve. The teachers and the office staff are so helpful, and they were always available when I needed to talk to them. I had the opportunity to talk to people from all over the world, not just Chile; I have made friends here that I'm going to be close to for the rest of my life. I feel like I'm blessed to have had such a spectacular experience, and I would recommend Viña del Mar, Chile to anyone interested in education abroad.
